Enjoy original music, bhangra, live painting, and more on June 8th at the Reach

Join Red Press Society (RPS) in celebrating the Fraser Valley’s rich and thriving culture at the third annual Raiseberry gala. On Saturday, June 8, 2019 from 7 to 9:30 p.m. at the Reach Gallery Museum (32388 Veterans Way, Abbotsford), soak in the sweet sounds of local musicians Samson Crowe and Mark Andrei and bounce to the beat of the UFV bhangra club. Local poets Laurel Logan and Jessica Milliken will share their latest work, the talented Shannon Thiesen of Art Battle fame will be painting a masterpiece that you could take home with you.

While you’re enjoying the show, bid on local arts experiences, services, and creations in Raiseberry’s silent auction, featuring items from Fieldhouse, Floathouse, Sarah Sovereign Photography, Boardwalk Cafe and Games, and more. Old Abbey Ales will be serving up fresh local beer, and we’ll have summer sangria on tap.

Admission is by donation (suggested $10), and can be purchased at the door or in advance at https://bit.ly/2MbZeBe. Doors open at 6:30. Red Press Society uses proceeds to foster local arts and culture initiatives in the Fraser Valley.
